Good to know
- Carry a valid photo ID or passport, as it must be shown at the entrance.
- Your ticket is open-dated, so you must reserve a specific show slot in advance; it cannot be used directly at the venue.
- Reserve your slot at least 72 hours ahead where possible, since slots are subject to availability.
- Strollers and wheelchairs are available to rent at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Roundtrip hotel transfer, where selected, runs between 7:30 am and 10:00 pm and picks up from Geylang Lor 1-22, Little India, Orchard, Tanjong Pagar, Chinatown and Village Hotel Bugis.
- Check the official Wings of Time website on the day of your visit for current show timings.
- Once the booking is completed, please download your E ticket code from dashboard.
- Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
- Please prebook your slot on https://reservation.mountfaberleisure.com to choose from an available time slot before heading to Wings of Time.
- Pre book your slot with the code mentioned below QR code
- Once blocked, download your E- ticket
- Present it at the venue for scanning.

Waste of time : I find it disappointing that so much is invested in advertising and influencers, yet there seems to be little focus on addressing the needs of actual customers. I've been trying for over a month to book a cruise, but unfortunately, due to a lack of timely attention and follow-up, I wasn't able to secure a booking and, as a result, my holiday plans were affected !

Our guide (Haroon Khan) was on time early morning and very welcoming from the beginning. He made our trip even more enjoyable along with Akhtar who helped us navigate our buggies. Overall a great experience and I want to thank Haroon for assisting us throughout the entirety of it.
