  • If transfers are booked then Pickup can be done from following areas : Hoan Kiem / Ba Dinh / Long Bien / Tay Ho / Cau Giay / Bac Tu Liem / Hai Ba Trung / Dong Da / Thanh Xuan / Nam Tu Liem or Hoang Mai except Son Tay.
  • Entry may be denied to guests who do not follow venue rules, safety guidelines or dress codes
  • Expect queues for popular slides during peak hours, weekends and public holidays
  • Some slides or attractions may close temporarily for weather or maintenance reasons
