  • Oversized or excess baggage is subject to available storage space.
  • Pickup is available from centrally located hotels in Kata, Karon, Patong, Kamala, Merlin, Surin, Tri Trang, Old Town, Mai Khao and Kata Noi Beach; other hotels can be arranged on request.
  • Allow around 3 hours between your hotel pickup time and your flight's departure.
  • If you do not report at the arranged pickup time, it is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
  • Limousine and luxury vehicle upgrades are available at an extra charge.
  • Download the soft copy of the voucher from dashboard or e-mail
  • Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone.
