    • All personal expenses spend for shopping, drinks and dining etc on-site during the tour.

    • Carry a passport or Emirates ID for identification at the entrance.
    • Life jackets must be worn and guests must remain seated for the entire trip.
    • Pregnant women, heart patients, and people with back problems should not take this cruise.
    • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on board.
    • You may bring your own snacks at your own cost; pets are not allowed.
    • The boat holds a maximum of six guests, adults or children combined.
    • Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the cruise.
    • Arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before your trip time.
    • Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the tour.
    • The last trip of the day departs at 11:15 pm.
    • If you need to reschedule, a new date must be booked within 60 days of your original booking.
    • Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone. It needs to be verified at the boarding point.

      Went through trip ideas and rayna tours. Good coordination and all were very cooperative we were put up in dubai rain tree rola for 4 nights and at yas viceroy in Abu Dhabi where we got upgraded to a suite. ferrari world and water park at Abu Dhabi was amazing. dubai was v hot in June desert safari was just OK.
