  • Hotel pickup and drop-off is only available for centrally located hotels in District 1; guests elsewhere should meet the group at the operator's office instead.
  • Pickup time is set close to boarding, around 18:10, so be ready in your hotel lobby by then; guests meeting at the office should arrive by 18:15.
  • Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and the tour runs on a shared basis unless booked as private.
  • Schedules can shift with traffic, weather or operational conditions.
  • Children sharing with two paying adults receive the child rate, and infants who do not use a seat or the tour inclusions travel at the infant rate; tell the operator in advance.
  • No refunds or amendments apply for unused, missed or no-show services, so arrive on time for pickup.
  • Shortly after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your tour confirmation voucher in your email
