    Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, our driver will meet you at the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. You’ll be transferred directly to your hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.

  • Keep about 2 hours between your hotel pickup time and your flight's departure to allow for airport check-in.
  • Download the soft copy of the voucher from dashboard or e-mail
  • Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone.
  • It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up.
