• Doors open at 5:00 PM.
• The venue team may request a valid government-issued ID for age verification
• Tickets are allocated on a Best Available Seating basis within the category you select
• Tickets are subject to availability, and our team will confirm your booking by email
• E-tickets are shared a few days before the event date
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 years or older
• Guests arriving late are only admitted during a suitable break and may be reseated to avoid disruption
• Re-entry is not permitted once you have entered the venue

• Strollers are not permitted inside the venue. Stroller parking is available.
• No flags of any kind are permitted.
• Guests must follow UAE laws, traditions and venue rules.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• Within 24 hours after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your ticket on your email.
• Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify online support team in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
• Print the ticket or show its mobile version to exchange it for your physical tickets once you arrive at the destination.
