The View, an observation deck on the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower, adjacent to Nakheel Mall, provides a novel perspective. Accessible from the mall's roof, a rapid elevator ascent takes you 240 meters above the island. Before reaching the deck, an interactive museum and gallery recount the Palm Jumeirah's origin story. Once atop, relish a 360-degree vista encompassing the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai's skyline, and the Arabian Gulf. The View offers open and enclosed viewing areas, a VIP lounge, café, and a souvenir shop to commemorate your visit.

    • Admission to The View at The Palm Jumeirah Dubai at Palm Tower.
    • Access to Level 52.

    • All personal expenses spend for shopping, drinks and dining etc on-site during the tour.

    • A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory and must be carried during this activity.
    • Children should be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.
    • The listed visiting window is approximately 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
    • Booking confirmation is listed as within 24 hours.
    • There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
    • Guests are not permitted to bring outside food and drinks into the venue.
    • The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with its rules and regulations.
    • All visitors must follow the safety guidelines and instructions given by staff at the venue.
    • The management is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained during the visit.
    • Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted inside the vehicle on any tour that includes transfer services.
    • Roundtrip hotel transfers are available on request and are arranged separately from this ticket.
    • Note : Effective 1 October 2026, the operating hours for The View Palm Jumeirah will be 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (last entry). Non-Prime Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Prime Hours: 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
    • Please download your ticket from the dashboard.
    • Present it at the venue or turnstile for scanning.
    • Once scanned, you can enter the Venue

      The View At The Palm Dubai :Prime & Non Prime hour ticket option

      Excellent Tour Guide! Our tour experience was exceptional, our tour guide Adeel was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, very kindhearted and was very clam when we had to change plane due to extreme weather and suggested new places to visit so we don’t waste our day. He stay extra time to give us time for shopping.

      Worth the View

      The view from the top of the Burj Khalifa was breathtaking. Watch the fountain show from the top was a different experience. Unfortunately it was very busy and took a very long time to get to the top. Maybe get need to manage the number of people per hourly slot so it is a more pleasant experience

      Rayna Tours Solved our problem

      We had a little bit problem about our tickets but the Rayna tours had solved it immediately so we can still see the sunset from view at the palm. Wonderful!

      What is there to say, we r going on 10th april but still no any hotel booking confirmation.no flight booking details received, so u can only imagine what will happen after reaching there Not recommend don't waste money here, better book your self
