  • There are no refunds or amendments for unused, missed or partially used tickets.
  • Entry can be refused for non-compliance with venue rules or dress codes.
  • If you add a transfer, pickup is available from central Ho Chi Minh City only, and waiting times can occur during peak hours or holidays.
  • You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before your visit; cancellations made after that are non-refundable.
  • Shortly after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your tour confirmation voucher in your email
