• This is a No Show product: arriving late or missing your slot means no rescheduling or refund.
• Strollers and wheelchairs are available to rent at the park on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• If you add a hotel transfer at booking, provide your exact hotel address for smooth pickup arrangements.
• Where selected, transfers run between 7:30 am and 10:00 pm from select areas including Geylang, Little India, Orchard, Tanjong Pagar, Chinatown and Village Hotel Bugis.
• Check the official Resorts World Sentosa website on the day of your visit for the latest operating hours.
• Two ticket options are available: standalone Singapore Oceanarium admission, or a 2-in-1 ticket combined with Universal Studios Singapore.
• Minimum age 4 years
• Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 21 years or above
• SGO will operate from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on 1 October 2026
• Asian Food Coupon Promotion is valid for purchases made between 21 September 2026 - 02 December 2026 (both days inclusive), for visits between 21 September 2026 - 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive) during the park's operating days and hours. Extension of validity is strictly not permitted.
• Tickets and vouchers are non-transferable, not for sale, or exchange.
• Strictly no outside food or beverages permitted inside the Singapore Oceanarium.
• Not valid during special events.
• Important: Kindly note that this promotion is strictly applicable to Indian Passport Holders Please be informed that Priority Entry for Universal Studios Singapore (USS) and Singapore Oceanarium (SGO) is available for the applicable USS + SGO bundle from 6 October 2026 onwards. With Priority Entry, guests can enjoy faster entry to the parks with shorter queues, especially during peak periods. Priority Entry applies to park entry only and does not include rides; guests must purchase an Express Pass separately for ride access.

• 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on 6, and 13 November
• 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on 19 to 20, and 28 to 29 November
• 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on 6, 12, and 14 December
• Public Holiday: 8 to 9 November and 25 December
• Shortly after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your ticket on your email.
• Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
• Read the instructions , T & C on the ticket
• Present it at the venue for scanning.
• Once scanned, you can enter the venue
