Savio our tour guide was very friendly...

Savio our tour guide was very friendly and accommodating to all our requirements. Thank you for the tea and wraps. Our Driver Syed Suleman drove us safety to each destination without any issues. This was our 2nd Ryna tour in 2 days, This city tour in general did well, but the so called tour of the museum was very disappointing. In fact we found it disrespectful to our intelligence, as in reality was a trap to a long drawn out sales pitch to sell you wall furniture, and very badly may I add. The sales pitch about the product on offer were lies. He sounded like a used car salesman with bouncing prices, the toilet facilities did not match the so called gold painted wall art! A tourists time is valuable, I noted others on there phones to avoid further conversations what a waste of our time. This stop devalues Rayna tourist tour. We as clients could have spent that 70 mins at Dubai Mall exploring after the fountain show and had our dinner with Rayna discount vouchers to use at number of restaurants options, before delivering us back to our hotel. Din tai fung Or a more traditional option.
