  • Arrive 30 minutes before your show slot at the ticketing counter with your voucher.
  • The show runs every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday from 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm; a second show is scheduled at 7:30 pm on select dates.
  • The theatre gate opens 20 minutes before show time.
  • Seats are pre-assigned by ticket type rather than first-come, first-served; standard seats come with reserved seating, while Gold and Suriyamas Gold seats are upgraded seats with the best views, assigned at the time of booking.
  • A buffet dinner option is available at the Golden Kinnaree Restaurant from 6 pm to 9 pm before the show.
  • Infants up to 100 cm (3 ft 3 in) in height do not require a ticket.
  • Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the theatre.
  • A valid photo ID or passport is required for entry, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • If you have booked a hotel transfer, be ready in your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • There are no refunds, amendments or cancellations for unused, missed or partially used tickets.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the show.
  • This activity is not valid for Thai passport holders.
  • To redeem your voucher, please ensure you have either your e-voucher or a printed copy received on email with you.
  • Approach a guide or a staff to show your booked voucher and slot for verification.
  • Once verified, you can proceed to enter the venue and embark on a memorable journey.
