    • The Toddler's Gallery is designed for children aged 23 months and below; toddler tickets can be purchased directly at OliOli.
    • Bring socks for the shoe-free zones and a change of clothes for kids taking part in water activities.
    • Dress modestly, in line with UAE customs.
    • The museum is elevator and wheelchair-accessible, with baby-changing stations and nursing rooms available.
    • Animals are not allowed inside, for hygiene and safety reasons.
    • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your visit.
    • If a transfer option is added at booking, eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted.
    • Download your ticket from the dashboard.
    • Present it at the venue
