- Carry a valid photo ID or passport, as it must be shown at the entrance.
- Pre-book your visit slot at least 72 hours in advance where possible, since slots are subject to availability.
- If you do not report on time, it is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
- Strollers and wheelchairs are available to rent at the park on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Flash photography and flashlights are not allowed, to avoid disturbing the animals and other visitors.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

- Roundtrip hotel transfer, where selected, runs between 7:30 am and 10:00 pm and picks up from Geylang Lor 1-22, Little India, Orchard, Tanjong Pagar, Chinatown and Village Hotel Bugis.

- The 3 attractions are fixed to Bird Paradise, Exploria and Night Safari.

Loved to see Nightlife of Animals
We were amazed by the way the walking trails were laid out. It was easy to access and move around and the best thing about those trails was that we didn’t suffer any mosquito bites. It was amazing to see many of the animals awake even in the night.
