  • Bookings are subject to availability and reconfirmation, with time slots guaranteed only once confirmed within 24 hours
  • Children aged 0 to 1 year enter free of charge
  • A child must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times
  • The voucher is valid only on the date shown on your booking
  • No cancellations, refunds or changes can be made once the ticket is booked
  • Opening hours are 08:30 to 17:30 daily
  • An optional hotel pickup and drop off is available from hotels or residences within a 5 kilometer radius of Kuah Town
  • If you book the optional transfer, driver details are shared by WhatsApp the evening before your visit, and you should be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before pickup
  • Receive your tour confirmation voucher by email shortly after booking.
  • Download the voucher and present it at the venue.
