  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted on board.
  • Oversized or excess baggage is carried subject to available storage space.
  • Your selected time slot is the pickup time from the speedboat boarding point.
  • Allow at least an hour's gap between your arrival in the area and your scheduled pickup time.
  • Arrive within the given reporting time; there is no rescheduling or refund for late arrivals.
  • Departure times may shift depending on weather and sea conditions.
  • For additional help, contact our support team on the number shown on your booking voucher.
  • Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher or physical ticket. It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up.
