  • Be ready in your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the assigned pickup time.
  • Vehicle allocation is based on passenger count and luggage: generally 4-seater vehicles for 1 to 2 passengers and 7-seater vehicles for 3 to 4 passengers.
  • Late arrival, missed pickups or no-shows are treated as cancellations with no refund; guests who miss the pickup must arrange their own transportation.
  • No refunds, amendments or cancellations apply for unused, missed or partially used services.
