    • A valid photo ID must be shown at check-in.
    • Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
    • The minimum age is 17, and the maximum weight is 100 kg.
    • Wear athletic, sleeved clothing and closed sports shoes without buckles or studs.
    • Low-cut, sleeveless or collared tops, crop tops, short shorts, sandals, boots and heeled shoes are not allowed.
    • Bring your own jacket and sunglasses, especially in cooler months.
    • Phones, cameras and selfie sticks are not permitted onboard the open-cockpit gyrocopter.
    • Flights depend on weather and visibility, and may be rescheduled if suspended.
    • This ticket is non-refundable once booked.
    • You will receive your tour confirmation voucher by email shortly after booking.
    • Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it, or contact our support team for help.
    • Print the voucher or show the mobile version to exchange it for your physical tickets on arrival.
