  • A warm overcoat is provided for the ice dome, which is kept at around minus 10 degrees Celsius, so dress in layers underneath.
  • There are no refunds or amendments for unused, missed or partially used tickets.
  • Entry may be refused for non-compliance with venue rules or safety guidelines.
  • Personal warm accessories such as gloves, boots and socks are not provided, so bring your own if you have them.
  • If you add the return hotel transfer to your booking, be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the assigned pickup time.
  • Download the soft copy of the voucher from dashboard.
  • Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone.
