  • Children aged 0 to 3 enter free of charge.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Each ticket holder must present proof of identity and age at the admission turnstile.
  • Entry can be refused if you cannot present valid ID or attempt to enter with the wrong ticket.
  • Your voucher is valid only for the date (and time, if applicable) stated at booking; no cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.
  • This activity is not recommended for visitors with impaired physical mobility.
  • Entopia is open daily from 9 am to 6 pm, with last admission at 5 pm.
  • Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before your scheduled time and present your mobile voucher at the counter.
  • If a hotel transfer is arranged for your visit, driver details are shared by WhatsApp by 9 pm the day before, and you should be ready at the lobby 10 minutes before pickup.
  • Tickets will be sent via WhatsApp by 21:00hrs, one (1) day before the tour.
  • Please present your mobile voucher at the counter for entry.
