Desert Buggy Driving Experience

Magic expérience

My wife and I wanted to tell you how delighted we were with our safari day with your company. Sunil was an excellent guide, very friendly, and shared his knowledge with us perfectly. He is also a master at taking photos in the desert. Please thank him again on our behalf. At the camp, the food was excellent. We really appreciated the private package with a dedicated butler. The quality and variety of the dishes were remarkable. In short, we are delighted and can only recommend your company. Merry Christmas. Soraya and Thierry / Paris (France)

Poor Service & Extremely Disappointing Experience ” Would Not Recommend

I booked several activities with Rayna Tours for my Dubai trip, and the overall experience was quite disappointing. My booking advisor was Yash Vijay. While the team was responsive and available, there were no intelligent inputs provided on the itinerary. They do not really know how to create a well-planned itinerary, and although support was present, there was no real expertise or guidance. You are left to figure out the entire schedule on your own, which defeats the purpose of choosing a tour operator. The Dhow Cruise and Desert Safari were especially disappointing, and I would strongly suggest not booking these experiences through Rayna Tours. The food was extremely poor ” far below basic expectations. Regarding the vehicles: most cars were clean, but some were not up to standard, which made the experience inconsistent and uncomfortable. Overall, this was not a good experience. The service quality was sub-par, the activities were below acceptable quality, and the itinerary support lacked the intelligence and guidance you expect from a professional tour company. There are many reliable operators in Dubai, and I would recommend choosing someone else for a smoother and more enjoyable trip.

Great evening experience.

Excellent experience. Dune bashing was fun and the evening entertainment was plentiful and exciting. The food was delicious too.

Very good experience

It was a lot of fun. Farqan is a very good driver. More sand dune boarding would be great. Thank you for a great experience.

Wonderful dune bashing experience

Amazing experience with Faizer. It was a memorable one and we loved every moment, the best was the fire show. A suggestion would be to increase the timing of camel ride . Otherwise amazing dune bashing

Unforgettable Arabian experience

Went for a desert safari in Dubai! œ¨ Dune bashing felt like a roller coaster on sand”thrilling yet safe. The sunset views, camel ride, BBQ dinner, and cultural shows made it even more special. A perfect mix of adventure and Arabian vibes! Thank you Mohit for making this experience unforgettable.

Brilliant experience

Couldn't have been any better! There are so many different companies in Dubai offering the Desert Safari but we think we fell on our feet by choosing Rayna Tours. We were picked up promptly from our hotel by our wonderful driver Hussan in a super clean 4x4 . He was an absolutely brilliantly competent and very aware sand dune basher and gave us a totally thrilling experience as we were crashing up and down the dunes. We were given plenty of time for photo opportunities and dune boarding. Another 30 min drive (this time on tarmac!) and we were at the Desert Camp. Excellent food and entertainment and an amazing fire eater. Throughout we were so well looked after by our driver who then safely returned us back to our hotel. A first class and professional door to door service.
