- Arrive at least 1 hour before your scheduled flight time.
- Carry a valid ID or passport copy with you.
- Flyers must be at least 7 years old; those under 18 need a parent or guardian present.
- If your height is under 1.8 meters, your weight should not exceed 120 kilograms; if you are taller than 1.8 meters, the limit is 140 kilograms.
- Pregnant women, and guests with a history of shoulder dislocation or a back or neck injury, cannot take part.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs will not be permitted to fly.
- Arriving late is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
- Roundtrip hotel transfer, where selected, runs between 7:30 am and 10:00 pm and picks up from Geylang Lor 1-22, Little India, Orchard, Tanjong Pagar, Chinatown and Village Hotel Bugis.
