- For the safety of all guests, team members, and marine animals, security checks will be conducted on all personal bags and hand luggage before entry. Note :- Please check option wise inclusions before booking
- All personal expenses spend for shopping, drinks and dining etc on-site during the tour.

- Carry a valid photo ID or passport, as it must be shown at the entrance.
- If you do not report on time, it is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
- Strollers and wheelchairs are available to rent at the park on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Provide the exact hotel address at booking if you have selected a transfer.
- Roundtrip hotel transfer, where selected, runs between 7:30 am and 10:00 pm and picks up from Geylang Lor 1-22, Little India, Orchard, Tanjong Pagar, Chinatown and Village Hotel Bugis.
- Check the official Universal Studios Singapore website on the day of your visit for the current operating hours.
- Treasure Hunters (TSH) will be closed for scheduled maintenance from 12 October 2026 to 29 November 2026 and will Reopen on 30 November 2026.
- Please be informed that Priority Entry for Universal Studios Singapore (USS) and Singapore Oceanarium (SGO) is available for the applicable USS + SGO bundle from 6 October 2026 onwards. With Priority Entry, guests can enjoy faster entry to the parks with shorter queues, especially during peak periods. Priority Entry applies to park entry only and does not include rides; guests must purchase an Express Pass separately for ride access.
- Lights, Camera, Action! Hosted by Steven Spielberg (LCA) will be closed for maintenance from 16 September to 31 October 2026 and will reopen on 1 November 2026.

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on 7, 13, 20, 27, 28, and 30 November
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on 1 November
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on 1, 2, and 12 December
- 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on 14 to 31 December
- Public Holiday: 8 to 9 November and 25 December
- Shortly after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your ticket on your email.
- Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
- Read the instructions , T & C on the ticket
- Present it at the venue for scanning.
- Once scanned, you can enter the venue

Enjoyed mix of rides & attractions
The Universal Studio Tour was exciting and adventurous with a mix of various rides and attractions. The rides are worth trying again and again. There were many rides that we enjoyed a lot, but The Jurassic Park ride with its realistic animatronics and thrilling drops was top-notch.

Unique & distinct seven zones
I had an amazing time at the Universal Studio Tour. All the seven zones offer different types of entertainment and experience. Our favorite was the Jurassic themed land where we had a great time taking the three rides and watching the WaterWorld live stunt show.

Non-stop fun
It was non-stop fun at Universal Studio trying the rides and watching the live shows. The Revenge of the Mummy ride was enthralling. We admired the authentic set design and Butterbeer from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Best to visit with family & group
Universal Studio is an entertaining facility to visit with family and group. My kids enjoyed The Shrek 4D adventure. The 3D effects and motion seats made us feel like we were a part of the story.

Thrilling rides & live shows
The Universal Studio Tour was amazing. This amusement park is packed not just with thrilling rides, but also offers live shows such as The WaterWorld show, which recreates the actual scene from the namesake movie. It was a pleasure to watch the stunts backed by special effects.

Perfect for Harry Potter lovers
The Universal Studio Tour was an incredible experience for me. The Harry Potter-themed area was, in my opinion, the standout. Entering the Hogwarts Castle ride and strolling along Diagon Alley felt like entering the fantastical realm of Harry Potter.

Exhilarating rides!
What a blast the Universal Studio Tour is! There was never a dull moment because of the exhilarating rides and fantastic performances by artists. The attention to detail in the park was amazing. Among all the attractions, I rate the Transformers 3D experience and the Jurassic Park rollercoaster as my favorites.

We had a wonderful time at Universal Studios Singapore. Some rides are so enjoyable that you will not try them just once especially, the Transformers ride, and Revenge of the Mummy.
