- Advance booking is required, and all bookings are subject to availability and reconfirmation.
- Smart casual attire is recommended; guests must follow the dress code and cruise guidelines, and non-compliance may lead to denied boarding.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure with your voucher ready for ticket exchange.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the cruise.
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
- If you have booked a transfer, be ready in your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before your cruise; no refunds apply for no-shows, late arrivals or unused services after that.
- Cruise schedules may vary due to weather or operational conditions, and the operator is not responsible for resulting delays or inconvenience.
- Cruising time - boarding at 20:00 hrs. and docking at 22:15 hrs. (ICONSIAM Pier)
- The blackout dates of the above rates are non-applicable on Valentine’s Day, Loy-Krathong festival and New Year’s Eve.

- Full payment must be made prior to boarding.
- To avoid penalties, changes and cancellations must be made before 4:00 PM on the cruise date.
- If a cruise date is amended between 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM, the agency will be subject to a THB 400/person rebooking fee.
- A 100% cancellation fee applies to any tickets cancelled after 4:00 PM on the cruise date.
- No-shows will be charged the full ticket price. Tickets are non-refundable.
