Snow Park: The snow park at Ski Dubai is a fun-filled attraction offering a range of activities and experiences for visitors of all ages. Here you can enjoy snow tubing, tobogganing, climbing towers, giant snowballs, and exploring the interactive snow play area.
Ski/Snowboarding Lessons : Ski Dubai provides professional ski and snowboarding lessons for all levels, from beginners to advanced riders. Certified instructors are available to help you learn or improve your skills on the slopes.
Winter Experiences : In addition to skiing and snowboarding, Ski Dubai offers unique snow experiences. You can try the Snow Bullet, an indoor zipline that takes you on a thrilling ride above the slopes, or enjoy the Giant Ball, where you roll down a slope inside a giant inflatable ball.

Arrive at Mall of the Emirates and check in at Ski Dubai

Choose your preferred package: Snow Park Pass, Ski Slope Pass, or Snow Premium Pass

Collect winter gear provided by Ski Dubai (jacket, pants, boots, helmet, etc.)

Enter the snow area and begin exploring

If skiing or snowboarding, start with beginner slopes and use the chairlift for advanced runs

If in the Snow Park, enjoy activities like tubing, Zorb Ball, snow bumpers, snow cavern, and bobsled

Join the optional Penguin Encounter for an interactive session with King and Gentoo penguins

Take a ski or snowboard lesson if you're a beginner

Visit Avalanche Café inside Ski Dubai to rest and warm up

Take photos in the snow zone and visit the souvenir shop

Return gear and exit Ski Dubai
- Snow boots and socks
- Winter clothes, jacket and pants in different sizes (from S to 4XL)
- For safety reasons, we recommend wearing a helmet while downhill skiing
- Skaters ages 3 to 13 must wear a helmet at all time
- Lockers
- All personal expenses spend for shopping, drinks and dining etc on-site during the tour.

- All ski and snowboard equipment, including jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, gloves and helmets, is provided at the venue.
- Helmets are compulsory for children under 13, and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- To ride the Snow Bullet zip line, children must be at least 8 years old, 125 cm tall and weigh more than 30 kg; adults should not weigh more than 120 kg.
- Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter area.
- Eating and drinking on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Cafe and North 28 restaurant, and outside food and drinks are not allowed in the park.
- Slope access is reserved for experienced skiers and snowboarders.
- For the Ski Premium option, our team coordinates your slot, which must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your visit date.
- The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant women are not permitted on the activities.
- There is no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Bring your confirmation email to the venue; contact our team beforehand if you have not received it.
- Inclusions vary by the ticket option selected, so check the details for your chosen pass before booking.
- Eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle are not permitted on tours that include a transfer.
- Download the ticket from the dashboard.
- Present it at the counter for physical tickets.
- Collect your physical tickets.
- Scan them at the entrance to gain access to the venue.

I purchase tickets for 18:30 show for LA PERLA at 14:30 on 3rd May for more than 2 hours I kept online with Their online CHAT and eventually had to buy the tickets myself from the LE PELE website directly. The operator on whatsapp from RAYNA TOURISM could not tell me for 2 hours whether I had the tickets confirmed or not. DO not buy last minute products from RAYNA. Even after 2 1/2 hours I have not received a single email from RAYNA to confirm that they have received my transaction. However I have a text from my bank stating that RAYNA have debited the money

Incredible Ski Dubai!
It was an incredible experience visiting Ski Dubai. The snow-laden hill station and a huge snow park are perfect to engage in skiing, tobogganing, and other activities playable in snow.

Best snow park in Dubai
Ski Dubai is a great destination to enjoy skiing. As a beginner, we had a fun time with skiing on the artificially built snow mountain. It was exciting to engage in the snowball fights and ice slides.

With perfectly curated slopes and modern equipment, it was fun skiing at Ski Dubai. We engaged in various rides and games at the snow park. We literally forgot that we were in Dubai playing in the snow park.
