  • This is your booking voucher; present it, printed or digital, at the venue.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation, with time slots guaranteed only once confirmed within 24 hours.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times; a child requiring a separate seat is charged at the applicable rate.
  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before your show time at the ticketing counter with your voucher.
  • Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted inside the theatre during the performance, and outside food and beverages are not allowed as per venue rules.
  • Seats are pre-arranged and reserved with your ticket, so there is no need to queue once you arrive.
  • No refunds, amendments or cancellations apply to missed, partially used or no-show tickets; late arrivals are treated as a no-show.
  • Entry may be denied for non-compliance with venue rules or safety guidelines.
  • This show is not valid for Thai passport holders.
  • If your booking includes a hotel transfer, be ready in the lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Download the soft copy of the voucher from dashboard or e-mail
  • Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone.
  • It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up time.
