- Transfers run on a sharing (SIC) basis; the vehicle is shared with other travellers heading to the same attraction.
- Shared pickup is available only from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Al Barsha.
- Children aged 3 to 10 pay the child rate; under 3s travel free.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
- Pickup and drop-off timing can vary with traffic and your pickup zone.
- The service runs approximately between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm.
- Waiting time at pickup is approximately 30 minutes.
- Download the soft copy of the voucher from dashboard.
- Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone.
- It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up time.

I applied for my Dubai visa in October 2024 with my husband, paid extra £600 non refundable fee to get the Good Conduct Certificate to help the application. The Application was rejected. I have been asking for a copy of the Good Conduct Certificate which I was told will be sent to me up until now. Only to be told in January 2025 that it last for only one month, it has been used, it can't be retrieved. I do not believe there was any certificate done. This was a means to get extra money for us. I reached out to customer support and I was given a feedback link. Use them only if you are 100% sure you will get your visa.
