- Your booking confirmation is valid only for the date and time you selected.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times; children under 100 cm tall enter free, though the tiger photo is charged separately regardless of height.
- Present your voucher at the counter on arrival.
- You can choose to be photographed with a big, medium, or small tiger; bring your own camera, as photography is not otherwise included.
- The attraction is open daily from 10 am to 4 pm.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the premises.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted inside transfer vehicles.
- There is no refund for unused or partially used bookings.
- Entry may be refused for non-compliance with venue rules and regulations.

- Please download your ticket from the dashboard.
- Present it at the venue or turnstile for scanning.
