- Children under 80cm in height enter free; taller children are charged the adult rate.
- The venue is open daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, with last entry at 9:00 pm.
- Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before your visit; outside that window, there are no refunds for unused or partially used tickets.
- Outside food and beverages may not be allowed inside the venue.
- The venue is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage during your visit.
- Entry may be refused for non-compliance with venue rules and regulations.
- This activity is not valid for Thai passport holders.
- Please download your ticket from the dashboard.
- Present it at the venue or turnstile for scanning.
- Once scanned, you can enter the Venue.
