  • The vehicle and driver are reserved for the number of hours in your chosen option, 5, 10 or 12 hours.
  • Available for centrally located hotels only as the starting point.
  • Carry a valid ID or passport with you during your booking.
  • If your booking starts from the airport, share your flight timings in advance so pickup can be planned around your arrival.
  • The rules applicable for car on disposal basis, for every Transport : Please note that a vehicle booked on a disposal basis is valid only for continuous usage within the same area/region.
  • If the guest returns to the hotel at any point during the service period — for rest, meetings, freshening up, or any other reason — the disposal service for that day will be considered completed, and the vehicle will be released accordingly.
  • Oversized or excess baggage depends on available space in the vehicle.
  • Failing to be ready at the agreed start time is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
  • Limousine and luxury vehicle upgrades are available at an extra charge.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your booking.
  • Download the soft copy of the voucher from dashboard
  • Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone
  • It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up time
