Private tour of Dubai - waste of money

Booked a private tour of Dubai and was expecting an informative guide around old Dubai. However, was picked up by a driver who didn't say a word to us, dropped us off at the old town and said this is the old town and left us to it; then took us to have an Abra cruise - but it was just a trip across to the other side and again we were told you can get off and look around, I will meet you; then took us back to hotel. So we were not given any information about where we went, what we drove past or anything. It was a glorified hop on hop off tour that could have been done a lot cheaper with Uber - and the Uber driver would have been a lot happier. Don't bother with these guys, save your money.

We had a lovely trip with Kamran. Was there promptly on time, good conversation, taught us a lot about the history of the country and upcoming events too. Took some brilliant photos of us after the helicopter trip also. Was kind enough to drop us off to a different location we requested on the way back too. Would defo recommend

Great structure and entertainment are without age gap full filling, may be covid safety measures need to improve, other that all Good and will come back

Fun in Dubai.

We booked our stay while we were in Hyatt place at Al Rigga. Thanks to mr Fazal (Rayna Travel agent) who made all the arrangements and to provide us very personal experience. We booked full day city tour, desert safari, Burj Khalifa and dhow cruise. All were great experience other than dhow cruise (not recommended). Aziz was amazing city tour guide. Noor was very skilled safari guide. Dhow cruise was over booked with loud irrelevantly music and pathetic food therefore was waste of time and money. Overall we enjoyed our experience.

Tours in Dubai

We loved our 2 day tours with Rayna Tours. We booked it the US early and Pratik, our coordinator was very thorough and responsive. All tours were on time and exactly how it was described. We went on the Safari Tour, which was a nice cultural experience and then the Abu Dhabi City Tour.

This is a special feedback for our driver Zeeshan Sabir who picked us up from the airport to our hotel this morning. Very kind and courteous. He politely greeted us upon arrival and helped us with bags abd gave information on Dubai on the way. Really appreciate his efforts
