Your journey begins with a smooth drop-off at Phuket International Airport (HKT). Your driver will take you directly to the Departure Terminal, where all airline check-in counters are located. Upon arrival at the terminal curbside, you’ll be assisted with unloading your luggage before entering the air-conditioned departures hall. Inside, clear signage guides you to your airline’s check-in zone, where you can drop your bags and receive your boarding pass. Security screening and immigration (for international flights) are located just past the check-in counters. The entire drop-off process is designed for quick access, making it easy to proceed directly into the terminal without delays. After unloading your luggage, you’ll head directly into the departures hall to check in, drop your bags, and proceed through security. The process is quick and convenient, getting you ready for your flight with ease.

  • This is a one-way, hotel-to-airport transfer for your departure flight.
  • Carry a valid ID or passport with you during the transfer.
  • Provide detailed timing information in advance so pickup goes smoothly.
  • Sedan seats up to 2 passengers with 2 luggage bags; SUV seats up to 4 passengers with 4 bags; van seats up to 8 passengers with 8 bags.
  • Oversized or excess baggage is subject to available storage space.
  • Pickup is available from centrally located hotels in Kata, Karon, Patong, Kamala, Merlin, Surin, Tri Trang, Old Town, Mai Khao and Kata Noi Beach; other hotels can be arranged on request.
  • Allow around 3 hours between your hotel pickup time and your flight's departure.
  • If you do not report at the arranged pickup time, it is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
  • Limousine and luxury vehicle upgrades are available at an extra charge.
  • Download the soft copy of the voucher from dashboard or e-mail
  • Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone.
  • It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up time.
