  • The cruise departs at 4 pm; arrive at the pier in good time before departure.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Present your voucher at the counter, either printed or on your phone.
  • If you have booked a hotel transfer, be ready in your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted inside transfer vehicles.
  • There are no refunds, amendments or cancellations for unused, missed or partially used bookings.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before departure.
