As you disembark from your flight, a Marhaba representative will meet you at the aircraft gate or at the designated meeting point in the terminal.

The representative will assist you with immigration procedures by guiding you through the fast track lane, bypassing the regular queues.

- Bronze and Silver Meet and Greet are shared services, so you may be grouped with other passengers. Gold is exclusive and not on a sharing basis.

We booked from our hotel - Kempinski boulevard- with Rayna tours. We went to the Old city with a private guide who speaks our language- it was a very nice experience. We also went to dinner in the sky, everything was perfect. Thanks to Sameer who booked everything for us and made sure to check on us and update us with everything- a GREAT service. Great service. All the drivers were very polite and accommodating. Some went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Special mention to Samsher Sabir, Faizan, Asif Ali and Toseef Ghafar. Please note that during the peak season, it would have been great if we could have started earlier and avoided waiting in long queues at the venues. Overall, would recommend you guys to friends and family.
