  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle or during the boat ride.
  • This tour is not valid for Indonesia passport holders.
  • Outside food and beverages may not be allowed at some venues due to local regulations.
  • Entry may be denied for non-compliance with venue rules or dress codes.
  • Children who require their own seat will be charged at the applicable rate.
  • Late arrival or a no-show is treated as a cancellation, with no refund.
  • Please be ready at the agreed meeting point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Schedules may change due to traffic, weather or operational conditions.
  • The duration of this program might change depending on the weather and waves conditions
  • Please note: This activity has a 90% dolphin sighting success rate. However, as dolphins are wild mammals, sightings cannot be guaranteed. An alternative activity will be arranged for you if the sighting is not successful
  • For health and safety reason due to Covid-19, operator will provide face mask, hand sanitizer and hand gloves during scheduled tours
  • Hotel pick-up information - Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
  • The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
  • Coverage locations: Denpasar, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Ubud, Sanur, Nusa Dua, and Jimbaran
  • Other pick up information - An additional surcharge per car will apply if your hotel is outside the service areas.
