  • Children aged 0 to 2 years enter free of charge.
  • Children aged 13 and above are charged the same rate as adults.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Your voucher is valid only for the date selected at booking.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
  • Smoking and drinking are not permitted; staff can ask you to leave if you are caught doing either.
  • Bring sunscreen, an umbrella and a camera, since much of the ride and the SkyBridge walk are in the open.
  • The cable car operates daily from 9:30 am to 6 pm.
  • If you add hotel transfers, be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time; the driver will contact you on arrival.
  • Tickets will be sent via WhatsApp by 21:00hrs, one (1) day before the tour.
  • Please present your mobile voucher at the counter for entry.
