  • All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation. Time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
  • A minimum of 2 adults is required for this booking.
  • Child age 0-2 years old is free of charge
  • Child age 3-11 years old
  • Child age 12 and above considered as adult
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Opens everyday 9am to 6pm including Public Holidays and School Holidays
  • Present your e-ticket at KL Bird Park ticketing counter to redeem our wristband
  • Your voucher is valid only on the specified date.
  • Set your preferred entry time slot at least one hour before your intended visit to allow for traffic.
  • Park operating hours are 9 am to 6 pm daily, with last admission at 5 pm.
  • Roundtrip hotel transfer is available from hotels or residences within a 5 kilometer radius of the Petronas Twin Towers; guests staying further out should make their own way to Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur to join the transfer.
  • Driver details are sent via WhatsApp by 9 pm the day before your visit.
  • Be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time; your driver will contact you on arrival.
  • Receive your tour confirmation voucher by email shortly after booking.
  • Download the voucher and present it at the venue.
