• Guests are required to carry their original passport for the helicopter ride.
• Soft copies or photocopies will not be accepted.
• Failure to present the original passport will be treated as a No Show.
• All Passengers must be at the Heliport Site 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time.
• Smoking, food and beverages are not allowed on helicopter flights.
• The weight limit is 110 kg per passenger per seat, those exceeding or nearing this must purchase an extra seat.
• The maximum total weight allowed per flight is 450 kg as per aircraft balance restrictions.
• Each Passenger’s weight will be checked prior to boarding to comply with the helicopter weight and balance regulations and restrictions.
• Passengers are recommended to dress in comfortable and light sportswear, Earrings and large pieces of jewels are not allowed onboard the aircraft.
• Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
• Insurance: Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.
• All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
• Heart Patients, Physical disabilities due to impairment, Passenger has undergone major surgery recently, Pregnant women are not allowed for this activity.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
• Shortly after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your tour confirmation voucher in your email.
• Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
• Print this voucher or show its mobile version to exchange it for your physical tickets once you arrive at the destination.
