  • Bookings are subject to availability, with your time slot confirmed within 24 hours.
  • Ticket price is the same for all ages.
  • Children below 80 cm are not permitted on any of the rides.
  • Children below 122 cm must be accompanied by a companion aged 16 or older holding a valid ticket.
  • The voucher is valid only for the date booked; no cancellations, refunds or changes can be made.
  • Park hours run longer on peak days than on regular days, so check the current schedule before your visit.
  • If you choose the transfer option, complimentary pickup and drop-off is available from hotels within 5 km of the Petronas Twin Towers.
  • Guests staying outside Kuala Lumpur city centre can take a taxi or Grab car to the Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur to join the transfer.
  • Driver details are sent by WhatsApp the evening before your visit; be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before pickup.
  • If your driver cannot be located, contact the tour operator on the number provided with your voucher.
  • Shortly after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your tour confirmation voucher in your email
  • Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify online support team in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
  • Download the voucher and present it at the venue
